• Gasket Inspection & Replacement
• Check all door seals for cracks, gaps, or loss of suction. Replace gaskets as needed to maintain temperature integrity.
• Fan & Motor Check
• Test evaporator and condenser fans, motors, and blades for airflow consistency and operational noise.
• Temperature Calibration
• Thermostat and probe testing to ensure accurate internal temp display and safe food holding zones.
• Drain Line Cleaning
• Flush blocked drain lines and pan areas to prevent leaks and ice formation.
• Door Alignment & Hardware Tightening
• Adjust door hinges, inspect handles, and secure loose screws or worn slides.
• Refrigerant Check (Optional)
