Who We Are

Hey Spruce provides commercial cleaning and maintenance services to restaurants, kitchens, foodservice operators, and related businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Nightly kitchen cleaning
  • Equipment maintenance (fridge, HVAC, ice machine, hot line)
  • Fryer oil collection & grease trap cleaning
  • Hood filter exchange
  • Organic waste handling & pest control

We operate under the legal business entity registered in the state of California.

2.

Quote Requests & Service Scheduling

  • Quote requests are non-binding and free of charge.
  • A walkthrough may be required prior to issuing a formal quote.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Service scheduling is based on crew availability and mutual confirmation.
  • Submitting a quote request does not guarantee service until a formal agreement is accepted.

3.

Billing & Payment

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless alternate terms are agreed upon in writing.
  • We accept payment via credit card, ACH, or approved invoicing systems.
  • Late payments may result in service delays, late fees, or termination of service.
  • All pricing is exclusive of sales tax unless explicitly stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Emergency or unscheduled access delays caused by the client may result in a service charge.
  • Hey Spruce reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety, or operational constraints.

5.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and legal access to all service areas.
  • Inform our team of any hazardous materials, equipment, or areas to avoid.
  • Maintain compliance with local health and safety codes related to facility operations.
  • Notify us of changes to your location, hours, or equipment that may affect service.

6.

Damage & Liability

  • Hey Spruce is fully insured.
  • We take all reasonable care when handling your equipment and property.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsafe conditions, or failure of equipment due to neglect or improper maintenance by others.
  • Any service-related damages must be reported in writing within 48 hours of occurrence.

7.

Service Guarantee

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you’re not happy with a service visit:

  • Notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-service the area at no additional charge.
  • Repeated service issues will be addressed through direct communication with management.

Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on heyspruce.com—including logos, text, graphics, and photos—is the property of Hey Spruce and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Use of our website is for informational and quote-request purposes only. Unlawful or abusive use of the site is strictly prohibited.

Privacy

All customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or rent your information.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
